Thought Id share a yummy snack for ya :)
Most of these items can be purchased at Costco, but Ill add links for you online shoppers!
You will need:
2- 1/2 cup Vegenaise (dairy-free mayo substitute, tastes almost the same!)
4-pepper to taste
Drain water from Chicken can. Im small-med bowl mix together Veganaise & chicken. Add pepper to taste.
Dip chips into chicken mixture & enjoy!

Normal Hellmann's mayonnaise is already dairy-free. It's just egg, oil, and vinegar. So if you're eating chicken anyway, there's no reason not to eat the egg in Hellmann's. But I'm just a vegetarian preachin' ;) For a veggie version, use crumbled firm tofu. And I like to throw in some turmeric, mustard, capers, or olives, or whatever floats your boat.
