Healthy breakfast-sandwich delishiousness.

This is what I enjoyed for breakfast today. Naturesknockout doesn't just focus on the importance of healthy products.. we are very into a healthy diet. It all ties together!
It is hard to make the transitions, so to make it easier for ya.. We've got some easy yummy & extremely healthy recipes!

Flaxsnax egg-white breakfast sandwich
(1 Serving. 5 mins prep - 10 mins cook)

2 Salsa flavored Flax-crackers from Kathy's Krackers
1 Tbsp Hummus
2 Thin slices rice cheese (tastes just like the real deal)
2 egg whites & 1 whole egg (Cooked/scrambled)
Few slices of tomato
1/2 avocado (sliced)
dash of salt & pepper

1. Spread hummus onto crackers.
2. Add rice cheese, eggs tomatoes & avocado.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Done! Enjoy!
